Our community offers parking spaces for each of our residents relative to occupancy guidelines for each apartment. If you have a motorcycle, it may be parked in the designated spaces for vehicles.

Valet parking is available at the hotel entrance, includes in-and-out privileges.
Our hotel’s Porsche Taycan house car is also available upon request for up to two passengers. Complimentary drop-offs only within a 5-mile radius.
The National’s garage is located past the main entry at 1301 Elm Street.
There is free parking for residential guest use in the parking garage located on 1301 Elm Street. Patrons of businesses within The National can use paid garage parking or on-site valet services.
Short-term leases, ranging from 5 to 12 months, are available to prospective residences. Please inquire about short-term leases via thenationalresidences.com.
There is no minimum guest count required. The National is available for events of any size; however, each event space has specific capacity requirements.
Walk-ins are welcome at each dining destination. Reservations are recommended but not required.
Food from various dining venues (including Little Daisy, Monarch, and Kessaku) are available to order to both hotel and residential rooms. Residents are invited to utilize hotel-curated amenities – including In-Room Dining provided by Thompson Dallas.
The National includes meeting rooms, private dining rooms, and a masterfully appointed 16,000 SF ballroom. Offering 20,000 SF of flexible layouts, The National can accommodate ceremonies and receptions of any size.

The paid parking garage is available to all patrons of businesses within The National. Guests of The National Residences have access to a limited number of free parking spaces.
Concierge and valet services are available 24/7 to assist with arrival, departure, and other on-site requests. Residents and hotel guests can use complimentary valet; valet service is available to property patrons for a fee.
Thompson Dallas welcomes pets at no additional charge for overnight stays less than 30 nights. For stays exceeding 30 nights, a deep cleaning fee may be charged at the hotel’s discretion. Thompson Dallas does not charge a pet fee.
Pets must remain in their assigned guest room, and a signed waiver is required for all pets on property. These restrictions do not apply to service animals. Individual pets are restricted to 50 pounds, with a maximum of 2 pets per room.
Pets are not allowed on the pool & surrounding lounge areas.
Photographers for private events hosted at The National are permitted, however, the building is not eligible to rent for photography purposes
